Refund policy

At TrendingoVibe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including items on sale, damaged items due to misuse, or items without original packaging.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchange We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at trendingo.stores@gmail.com.

Shipping Returns A flat return shipping fee of ₹100 will be charged per return and will be deducted from your refund at the time of processing. If you received a wrong or defective item, the return shipping fee will be waived
